One effort that can be made to improve the performance of village officials is to improve the leadership style of the current leaders. The problem faced by the Karang Endah Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Village Office in its efforts to improve the performance of its apparatus is: 'How does leadership style influence the performance of apparatus at the Karang Endah Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Village Office?'. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on the performance of village officials at the Karang Endah Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Village Office. The analytical tool used is quantitative analysis using the correlation coefficient formula and data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires distributed to village officials. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the correlation value r = 0.65, which has been consulted with conservative standards, is located between 0.600-0.799, which means it is classified as a strong correlation or influence between leadership style and equipment performance at the Karang Endah Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Village Office and after conducting a hypothesis test it is known that t = 2.4 and the t table is 1.860. Thus the hypothesis that has been proposed can be accepted, because the calculated t is greater than the t table. This means accepting Ha and rejecting Ho. Traditional performance management has weaknesses and is no longer suitable for implementation by business organizations in entering very tight competition in the global market. Performance management improvements are carried out continuously to deliver employee, team and organizational performance to the best. In order to achieve performance management effectiveness, business organizations need to develop supervision in carrying out performance management improvements. The performance management model which consists of four stages (planning, implementation, reflection and compensation) can be used to improve performance management. </em><em>This research uses qualitative methods with interviews, observation and documentation at several service companies that have implemented new performance management. </em><em>The research results show that this shift not only improves individual and team performance, but also contributes to customer satisfaction and company sustainability. Appropriate placement can improve employee performance and can contribute to the operational effectiveness of the cooperative. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to KUD Setia Makmur employees, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, there is a positive and significant influence between employee placement and performance, with a correlation value or r = 0.60 which has been consulted with conservative standards, it is located between 0.60 - 0.799, which means it is classified as a strong correlation or influence between placement on employee performance at KUD Setia Makmur Tulung Harapan Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. This research was conducted on 10 respondents and after conducting a hypothesis test it was found that t = 2.82, thus the proposed hypothesis was accepted. In this case, it indicates that placements that match employee competencies and potential can increase productivity and work quality. The research was conducted through a case study at one of the integrated private schools in Yogyakarta. Dynamic changes in the school environment, such as: trends in service demand, policy changes, pandemics, often encourage schools to adapt to change. Research data is in the form of financial reports and institutional profiles for 2005-2021. Analysis in the form of time series and cross section analysis (between service units). The research was conducted by regressing the influence of costs per unit of service on school admissions amidst environmental dynamics. Research was conducted using a qualitative approach with case studies for conceptual development. The research results found that changes in the school environment had an impact on the cost per unit of school services. The cost per unit of school services has a different effect on school revenues. Through analysis per service unit, schools can estimate the impact of changes in service units (changes in service scale, addition of new service units, deletion of service units and transfer of service units) on school revenues. The results of this study provide implications for the potential of a modular service unit system for managing school finances amidst environmental dynamics. The school consists of several school service units. This research aims to analyze the impact of climate change on agricultural productivity and its implications for the regional economy, with a focus on the conditions faced by farmers in areas that are vulnerable to climate change. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with farmers, weather observers and stakeholders in the agricultural sector, as well as participant observation from various relevant sources. With this approach, it is hoped that a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics occurring in the field can be obtained. The research results show that changes in rainfall patterns, such as shifts in the rainy season and an increase in extreme rainfall, along with a significant increase in temperature, have caused a decrease in crop productivity or crop yields. This impact is not only felt directly on farmers' income, but also affects food security at the regional level, which could result in a food crisis in the future. Through this research, it is hoped that it can make a meaningful contribution in formulating strategies to face the challenges posed by climate change in the agricultural and economic sectors.
