The formation of East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is the result of the expansion of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency based on Law Number 37 of 2003. The East Ogan Komering Ulu Ministry of Religion Office, the implementation of work discipline is still not optimal which has an impact on employee work effectiveness which has not reached the expected level. Therefore, the problem that needs to be researched is how discipline influences the work effectiveness of employees at the East Ogan Komering Ulu Ministry of Religion Office. This research aims to analyze the influence of discipline on the work effectiveness of employees at the East Ogan Komering Ulu Ministry of Religion Office. Good work discipline is expected to increase employee productivity and performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The research method used is quantitative and the process of collecting and processing data uses library research and field studies using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the discussion, it was found that the correlation between disciplines in efforts to increase employee work effectiveness at the Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Ministry office was obtained with an r figure of 0.57. After consulting with conservative standards, the figure was found to be 0.400-0.599, which is a moderate correlation. So it can be said that there is a moderate influence between discipline on the work effectiveness of employees at the East Ogan Komering Ulu Ministry of Religion office. It was found that motivation had not been fully implemented properly, which resulted in a lot of work not being completed on time and employee performance being less effective at the Pasar Martapura Village Office, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The research aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance in the hope of improving their performance. Data collection methods used include literature study, observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that there is a very strong relationship between motivation and employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.867. The percentage of influence of motivation on employee performance reached 75.17%, while 24.83% was influenced by other factors. With a confidence level of 95%, the t test results show that the calculated t (4.920) is greater than the t table (1.860), so the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of this research is that leadership motivation has a big influence on improving employee performance. Achieving company goals is greatly influenced by effective supervision of employees, which aims to increase work efficiency and effectiveness and create work enthusiasm. This supervision includes the approach, motivation and direction that the leader needs to give to his subordinates. Superiors must understand the motives and methods desired by employees, because individuals work to fulfill needs, both conscious and unconscious, including material and non-material needs. Problems faced by PT. Pegadaian Syariah (Persero) East Baturaja OKU is how supervision influences employee performance improvement. This research aims to determine the extent to which supervision can influence employee performance in the company. Data collection methods used include literature study, observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a strong influence between supervision on improving employee performance at PT. Sharia Pawnshop (Persero) Baturaja Timur OKU. Based on the results of data processing, the correlation between Supervision and Performance Improvement obtained a figure of 0.604 and a percentage level of 36.50%, to answer the hypothesis that was proposed previously, namely the Influence of Supervision and Performance at PT. Pegadaian Syariah (Persero) Baturaja Timur OKU has proven to be strong. Factors that influence job satisfaction include the work environment, relationships between co-workers, reward systems and leadership implemented in the organization. With job satisfaction, employees can work more effectively and efficiently, and are able to achieve optimal work performance. The problem that occurs at SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya OKU Timur is the extent of the influence of job satisfaction on employee work effectiveness and how job satisfaction can increase their work effectiveness. This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on increasing employee work effectiveness at SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya OKU Timur. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees of SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya OKU Timur, observations, interview and documentation. The research results show that there is a moderate relationship between job satisfaction and employee work effectiveness. The higher the level of job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the work effectiveness achieved. Factors such as leadership support, a conducive work environment, and rewards for performance have been proven to play a role in increasing employee work effectiveness. Thus, this research concludes that job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee work effectiveness at SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya OKU Timur.
