Efforts to increase effectiveness, raise awareness of productivity, efficiency, entrepreneurship, and work ethic are implemented through various activities such as improving discipline and training. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training on the work effectiveness of personnel at the Lahat Police Traffic Unit Office, to determine and analyze the effect of discipline on the work effectiveness of personnel at the Lahat Police Traffic Unit Office, and to determine and analyze the effect of training and discipline on the work effectiveness of personnel at the Lahat Police Traffic Unit Office. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 67 personnel at the Lahat Police Traffic Unit Office. The data analysis technique used was SPSS version 23.0, using data testing and statistical testing. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which brand identity and social media usage influence customer loyalty. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach through direct interviews with the managers of Doesoen Cafe. The discussion revealed that a consistent brand image and active interaction through social media strengthen customers' emotional attachment to the brand. The main conclusion of this study is that a strategy for strengthening brand identity integrated with social media can significantly increase customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to determine the Importance of Compensation in Improving Employee Performance at the Anugerah Kito Makmur Jaya (AKMJ) OKU Timur Cooperative. The hypothesis proposed is that Compensation has a strong influence in improving the performance of Employees of the Anugerah Kito Makmur Jaya (AKMJ) OKU Timur Cooperative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires as well as literature studies. From the calculation results obtained r = 0.719, after consulting with conservative standards, then to determine the closeness or strength of the influence it turns out that r = 0.719 lies between 0.600–0.799, so it includes a strong correlation. This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by the Zaidan Photocopy MSME to build customer loyalty within the campus environment. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method, collecting data through observation and direct interviews with the business owner. The results indicate that the primary strategies employed include fast and friendly service, affordable prices, and good communication and personal relationships with customers, all contributing to strengthening loyalty. The study concludes that the combination of service quality, competitive pricing, and customer engagement are the dominant factors in building customer loyalty at the Zaidan Photocopy MSME. By providing opportunities for employees to participate in training, sub-district offices can create more professional, competent, and high-performing human resources. The problem faced by the Belitang Madang Raya OKU Timur Sub-district Office is how important education and training are in improving employee capabilities. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires as well as literature studies. From the calculation results obtained r = 0.614. After consulting with conservative standards to determine whether the relationship is close or not, it turns out that r = 0.614 is located in the range between 0.600–0.799 which is included in the strong correlation. This means that there is a large influence in improving employee capabilities through education and training. Then to answer the hypothesis test proposed in the previous chapter whether there is a relationship or not, it is tested with a hypothesis test and obtained t count = 2.202. While the t table value at a 95% confidence level for (n – 2) = 2.013. So it can be seen that the calculated t value of 2.202 is greater than the t table value which is = 2.013, thus meaning (Ha) can be accepted and (Ho) is rejected. This research focuses on five independent variables: Product Quality, Menu Innovation, Operational Management, Marketing Strategy, and Business Competition, which are assumed to influence the dependent variable, Business Performance. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results indicate that internal factors such as declining product quality, lack of menu innovation, and weak operational management significantly contributed to the decline in business performance. Meanwhile, externally, suboptimal marketing strategies and increasingly fierce business competition also accelerated the decline. The Sharia Financing Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Rabihah Abadi Makmur Belitang III OKU Timur is an organization that serves the community and provides excellent services to the community in the field of savings and loans. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Sharia Financing Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Rabihah Abadi Makmur Belitang III, East OKU Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data obtained were analyzed using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The higher the level of motivation an employee has, the better the performance shown. This result is proven by the correlation analysis between the influence of Motivation on Employee Performance at the Sharia Financing Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Rabihah Abadi Makmur Belitang III OKU Timur which obtained the number r = 0.690. After consulting with conservative standards, it turns out that 0.690 lies between 0.600–0.799, which is included in the strong correlation. In addition, from the hypothesis test formula, it is obtained (t) table = 1.860, while (t) count = 2.695 which can be concluded that (t) count is greater than (t) table, so that the hypothesis proposed in the previous chapter is proven, because the existing correlation is strong. This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee performance at CV. Dafa Betuah Belitang, East OKU Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data collection methods use observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. From the results of the calculation, it turns out that t count = 0.877 is obtained, then when connected with t table, the confidence number is 0.95, which means the error rate is 0.05, which shows the number 1.860, thus meaning t count is smaller than t table (0.877 &lt;1.860). With these results, it means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, meaning that there is a low influence between career development on employee performance at CV. One UMKM in this sector is Batagor Juanda, which produces typical Indonesian snacks. This study aims to analyze the raw material inventory management system at Batagor Juanda and evaluate its impact on operational efficiency. Problems encountered include suboptimal raw material requirements planning methods, manual recording systems, and the lack of control methods such as EOQ or JIT. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach and a study of inventory management theory. Meanwhile, data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the raw material inventory management system at Batagor Juanda UMKM is still conventional and not effectively structured. Therefore, improvements are needed through the implementation of simple inventory management methods tailored to UMKM capacity, such as EOQ, ROP, and digitalization of stock recording. With this strategy, UMKM can improve inventory management more systematically and structured, can increase production efficiency, reduce waste and reduce operational costs. Service quality and location are two key factors believed to contribute to customer loyalty and their willingness to return for barbershop services. This research employs a qualitative method through interviews and direct observation of customers and barbershop managers. The findings reveal that service quality-such as the friendliness of the barbers, neat haircut results, and a comfortable atmosphere-makes customers feel satisfied and inclined to return. A strategic location that is easily accessible and situated in a safe environment also plays a significant role in shaping customer loyalty.
