The purpose of this thesis is to determine the effect of communication on employee work effectiveness at the Sentosa Community Development Cooperative in Belitang, East OKU. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, documentation, questionnaires, and literature review. The calculation results obtained r = 0.408. After consulting with conservative standards, it turned out that 0.408 lies between 0.200 and 0.399, which is considered a low correlation. To answer the proposed hypothesis, a hypothesis test was conducted, resulting in a calculated t-value of 0.408. Meanwhile, the t-table value at the 95% confidence level for (n – 2) = 2.132. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the effect of discipline on employee work effectiveness at the Sentosa Community Development Cooperative in Belitang, East OKU. The proposed hypothesis is that discipline has a strong influence on employee work effectiveness at the Sentosa Community Development Cooperative in Belitang East OKU. The calculation results obtained r = 0.604. After consulting with conservative standards, 0.604 was found to lie between 0.600 and 0.799, which is considered a strong correlation. To answer the hypothesis test proposed in the previous chapter, a hypothesis test was conducted, yielding a t-value of 2.143. The t-value at the 95% confidence level for (n – 2) was 1.860. So it can be seen that the calculated t value is 2.143 which is greater than the t table value which is = 1.860, thus meaning that (Ha) can be accepted and (Ho) is rejected.
