Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This study is a correlational study by taking samples of employees of the Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Semendawai Tribe III. The data collection method uses survey methods and data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. This study found that job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while organizational commitment has no significant effect.Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior
