PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA GURU PADA SMK NEGERI 1 MADANG SUKU 1 OGAN KOMERING ULU TIMUR

Abstrak

The availability of quality human resources and a high work ethic is the main capital for an organization to be on par with other organizations. Without the efforts of each individual to try to move forward, an organization is meaningless. At Madang District 1 Ogan Komering Ulu Timur State Vocational School, it turns out that motivation has not been implemented well so that teacher work discipline is not optimal. The problem faced is how does motivation influence teacher work discipline at Madang Suku State Vocational School | East Ogan Komering Ulu. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation on teacher work discipline at Madang Suku I Ogan Komering Ulu Timur State Vocational School and to be useful as reference material for further research regarding Teacher Work Motivation and Discipline. The hypothesis proposed is that Motivation has a positive effect on Teacher Work Discipline at SMK Negeri Madang Suku I Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Data collection and processing using library studies and field studies using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the discussion, it was found that the correlation between Motivation in efforts to improve Teacher Work Discipline at State Vocational School of Madang Tribe I Ogan Komering Ulu Timur obtained an r figure of 0.61. After consulting with conservative standards, it is between 0.6000.799 which is considered a strong correlation. So it can be said that there is a strong influence between Motivation on Teacher Work Discipline at SMK Negeri Madang Suku I Ogan Komering Ulu Timur.
