Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This study is a correlational study by taking samples of employees of the Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Semendawai Tribe III. The data collection method uses survey methods and data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. This study found that job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while organizational commitment has no significant effect.
