Abstrak
This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of communication on employee performance at PO. Tulung Farmer's Daughter Sari Belitang Mulya East OKU. Effective communication within the organization to improve employee performance and contribute to achieving company goals. The method used in this research is a survey with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, it was found that Communication obtained a value of r = 0.80, which has been consulted with conservative standards, so it is located between 0.800-1,000, which means it is classified as a very strong correlation or influence between Communication on employee performance at PO. Putri Tani Tulung Sari Belitang Mulya East OKU on 10 respondents and after conducting a hypothesis test it was found that t = 3.76, thus the proposed hypothesis was accepted. This research is expected to provide insight for management in designing better communication strategies to increase employee productivity. The advice that can be given is that leaders should always pay attention to communication factors because communication has a very strong influence on employee performance.
